Below are the terms and conditions for current and past events, competitions, and promotions offered by the White House Clinic and its affiliates.

Free tickets to Sheffield Sharks games

2 x free tickets to a Sheffield Sharks game when booking a new initial assessment for physiotherapy treatment only. Upon booking, you may request your free tickets from a member of the reception team at the White House Clinic. Tickets redeemed before Christmas must be used before December 23rd, 2024. Tickets redeemed after January 1st must be used before the end of April 2025. Tickets are not valid for play-off games and are for general admission only, not VIP seating. Sheffield Sharks and/or the White House Clinic reserve the right to stop this promotion at any time. The email used for booking must be the same email used to book the initial assessment. An initial assessment is defined as a new customer or an existing patient beginning a new course of treatment for a condition different from what they were previously seen for. The White House Clinic and Sheffield Sharks will be the final arbiters of what constitutes a valid entry.
