Pilates Classes
Pilates is a fantastic form of low-impact exercise that condition the body and mind improving balance, strength and mobility.
Our instructors all have a wealth of experience in teaching matwork Pilates, and our small group sessions are the perfect way to benefit from the Pilates approach, with close supervision. Our focus is on long-term rehabilitation, injury prevention and improved stability. Classes include Beginners, Intermediate, All-levels, as well as Pre + Post-natal Pilates 1-1 sessions.
All Level Pilates
A Pilates class designed to meet the needs of different levels of student, from the complete beginner through to intermediate and advanced.
Beginners Pilates
An introduction to Pilates principles and basic exercises focusing on posture awareness, alignment and control. Suitable if new to Pilates, returning to exercise or recovering after injury.
Gentle Pilates / Chair Based Pilates
This class has modified exercise positions and a slower pace to cater for a range of physical limitations, but still offers the opportunity to gain the benefits of Pilates. It includes an option to complete the floor-based exercises as ‘chair based’, ideal for those who prefer not to kneel or have difficulty getting on and off the floor.
Intermediate Pilates
More dynamic challenging exercises to improve strength and core control for those experienced with Pilates technique and who are physically active.
