My experiences at the White House Clinic have always been positive and helpful in addressing my MSK needs and sorting out my back and joint issues. The practitioners are knowledgeable and supply all you need to continue your recovery post appointment with exercises tailored for you.

The pilates classes are excellent. I have hugely benefited from these. Both Emma and Abbie are physios so they know exactly where to pitch the classes. They are very good in identifying problem areas and suggesting different variations to the exercises. They are very easy going and supportive and the fact that it's a small group means they can provide a lot of one to one guidance during the classes. Highly recommended to anyone looking to build core strength and get more flexible.
I recently have completed a knee recovery programme with the White House clinic and Chris Pagden. Chris is an excellent physio who has guided me through the process following knee surgery and got me back walking and cycling as quickly and safely as possible! The White House has proved to be efficient at managing the whole process and ensuring my appointments were always well supported and the follow up support is first class
After my shoulder surgery and starting with my Physiotherapist (Zack Derrick). I would like to send a massive thank you to Zack, you have been absolutely brilliant, I don’t think I would be where I am now without your support and specialist guidance. A true gem. I can’t rate Sarah enough. She has been my physiotherapist following an operation I had on my hand. Sarah has been both courteous and professional in her manner. I would certainly use her and the White House Clinic again.
The treatment and advice I was given was excellent and this helped me to heal and get the full use of my hand very quickly after surgery.
