Originally from Bulgaria, Nevin graduated in 2016 from Medical University- Pleven, Bulgaria with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy.
After graduating, Nevin worked as an MSK Physiotherapist in an outpatient clinic in Bulgaria. Musculoskeletal conditions always been her passion and innovations and recent evidence-based researches in the treatment and management of these conditions motivate her professional development. Following this initial experience, Nevin made the decision to move to the UK to further her professional career.
During 2018, she started her MSc degree at Sheffield Hallam University (Specialist Physiotherapy Practice) and completed her master's course in 2020. Since then, she has worked as a First Contact Practitioner (FCP Physiotherapist). This role allows her to make accurate clinical diagnosis for MSK conditions in a primary care setting, assisting patients in the decision making process, and setting goals together with patients to ensure they receive the best treatment options available to them in a timely manner.
Nevin is also currently a student at Queen Margaret University completing a Steroid Injection Course (Part of the Society of Musculoskeletal Medicine). This module develops the clinical reasoning and injection therapy skills needed to practice Injection Therapy effectively and safely in wide range MSK conditions.
When not at work, Nevin enjoys running and reading books or when time allows she loves to travel to explore different cultures and countries.
