Tammy provides a specialist service for lymphoedema massage at our Sheffield Main Clinic.

Tammy is qualified as a Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Combined Decongestive therapy Specialist MLD/CDT Level 2 and 3 Vodder andFluoroscopy guided MLD (FG/MLD) Specialist.

Tammy's main areas of interests are to help patients with Lymphoedema and teaching them how to self-manage their condition in order to lead as normal a life as possible and also to speed up healing time for people undergoing cosmetic procedures.

She gets enormous fulfilment in helping to get her patients back up and functioning from frightened patients to empowered people who are confident in maintaining and managing their condition.

Tammy uses a variety of techniques in her treatments including one of both of her MLD techniques that she is qualified in as well as drawing from her experience in exercise as a Sports Scientist from Loughborough University and her experience in both nutrition and health.

Tammy is a registered member of MLD uk and is Bupa,Vitality and Aviva registered.

If not treating people, Tammy now also specialises in Equine MLD due to a great love of animals and in her spare time she is either surfing, swimming, doing fitness, dancing, cycling or globe-trotting in the search of new cultures.
